1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we follow strict quality and safety standards.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

✔ Product received is expired
✔ Product received is incorrect
✔ Package is tampered or missing items
❌ Returns are NOT accepted for:
Opened or used medicines
Change of mind
Incorrect order placed by the customer
Products without original packaging
Products past the return request timeline
2. Return Request Process
To request a return or refund:

3. Refund Policy
✔ If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
✔ Refunds will be made to the original payment method
✔ Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
✔ Refund amount depends on product condition and verification
4. Replacement Policy
• Replacement is applicable only for damaged or incorrect items
• Replacement depends on product availability
• If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued
5. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
• Refund for cancelled orders (if eligible) will be processed within 5–7 business days
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
• Opened or used medicines
• Prescription medicines
• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Products without original invoice or packaging
